The Seasonal School Success Manager will play a crucial role in assisting schools to create effective and innovative schedules, ensuring that they maximize the benefits of the scheduling platform.

In Short

• Work full-time during the peak scheduling season from January to July.
• Manage a portfolio of district and charter school partners.
• Provide end-to-end support for finalizing school schedules.
• Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders in schools.
• Lead onboarding and training for new partners.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Communicate cross-functionally to share customer feedback.
• Drive the implementation process for each school partner.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in developing middle/high school schedules.
• Experience working inside a school for at least 5 years.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Willingness to work seasonally from January to July.
• Experience in customer support and relationship management.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Passion for improving school operations.
• Experience in building systems/processes for support.
