School Success Manager (Seasonal) - Remote

Overview

As a seasonal School Success Manager at Timely, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to help schools create more effective, equitable, efficient and innovative schedules. You'll work full-time, directly with our school partners, guiding them through the entire scheduling process and ensuring they maximize the benefits of our platform and support model.

In Short

• Own and manage a portfolio of district and charter school partners.
• Provide end-to-end support to finalize schedules.
• Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Track success metrics for each partner.
• Drive the end-to-end implementation process for each partner.
• Lead onboarding and training for new and returning partners.
• Support the data integration process.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Communicate and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Work seasonally from January - July.

Requirements

• Meaningful experience developing middle and/or high school schedules.
• Willingness to work in a scrappy environment.
• Flexibility to work seasonally (full-time) from January - July.
• Experience building systems/processes.
• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
