Overview

The role of a School Customer Success Manager is to ensure the success and continued adoption of Newsela’s platform by working directly with schools and districts.

In Short

  • Be a vital member of Newsela’s Customer Success organization.
  • Work directly with schools and districts to ensure their success.
  • Monitor the health of your portfolio and ensure client engagement.
  • Leverage data and customer insights to drive product adoption and renewals.
  • Manage customers through the Newsela Customer Journey.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in managing a large portfolio of accounts.
  • Proactive client communication and data-driven growth identification.
  • Experience in client success planning and active listening.
  • History of hitting and exceeding company KPIs.
  • Background in education and experience with Gainsight and Salesforce is a plus.
