School Success Manager - Remote

Overview

The School Success Manager will be at the forefront of the mission to help schools create more effective, equitable, efficient, and innovative schedules. This role involves working directly with school partners, guiding them through the scheduling process, and ensuring they maximize the benefits of the platform and support model.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of district and charter school partners.
• Provide end-to-end support for finalizing schedules.
• Engage with key stakeholders including lead schedulers and principals.
• Track success metrics to ensure satisfaction and renewal rates.
• Align schedules with unique priorities of district and school-based teams.
• Drive the end-to-end implementation process for partners.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new and returning partners.
• Collaborate with IT teams for data integration.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with the product & engineering team.
• Contribute to sales efforts and assist in operational tasks.

Requirements

• Experience developing middle and/or high school schedules.
• Willingness to work in a scrappy environment.
• Customer success or related experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial environment.
• At least 3 years of experience building and owning a school schedule.
• At least 5 years of experience working inside a school.
• Detail-oriented with critical attention to detail.
• Strategic thinker capable of cutting through noise.
• Efficient at handling multiple priorities and tasks.
• Collaborative experience across cross-functional teams.
