The Seasonal School Success Manager will work with schools to create effective and efficient schedules using an innovative AI-powered platform.

In Short

• Lead customer-facing support for school scheduling.
• Manage a portfolio of district and charter school partners.
• Provide end-to-end support for finalizing schedules.
• Develop strategic relationships with school stakeholders.
• Drive onboarding and training for new partners.
• Collaborate with IT teams for data integration.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with support from engineering.
• Communicate insights to improve overall solutions.
• Work full-time from January to July.
• Must have experience in middle/high school scheduling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in secondary scheduling.
• 5+ years working inside a school.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborative and strategic thinker.
