Overview

The Seasonal School Success Manager will help schools create more effective schedules, guiding them through the scheduling process and maximizing the benefits of the platform.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of district and charter school partners.
• Provide end-to-end support for finalizing schedules.
• Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Track success metrics for partners.
• Drive the implementation process for each partner.
• Lead onboarding and training for new partners.
• Collaborate with IT teams for data integration.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Communicate customer feedback across teams.
• Work full-time from January to July.

Requirements

• Experience developing middle and/or high school schedules.
• Willingness to work in a scrappy environment.
• Flexibility to work seasonally.
• Experience in building systems/processes.
• Background in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
