Principal GTM Recruiter - Remote

Overview

Apollo.io is seeking a Principal GTM Recruiter to join their recruiting team in Mexico City. This role will initially be remote but will transition to an in-office position four days a week over time. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruiting process for various roles within the Sales, Support, and Success organizations.

In Short

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Sales, Success, and Support teams.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Conduct 15+ phone screens per week.
• Lead structured interviews and design interview plans.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience.
• Collaborate with business leaders on role requirements.
• Utilize data and analytics for decision-making.
• Ensure diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
• Manage recruiting efforts autonomously.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and Compensation teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience working with leaders at all levels.
• Expertise in data-driven recruiting.
• Familiarity with high-volume Revenue Ops organizations.
• Experience with Gem and Greenhouse or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
