Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, cold-calling driven Account Executive focused on selling our medical record retrieval services to personal injury law firms. This fully remote position will place a heavy emphasis on cold calling, setting up sales meetings and closing those sales meetings with potential clients across the U.S.

In Short

  • Cold call law firms across the U.S. (160+ calls per day) to identify potential clients.
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover operational pain points.
  • Build and maintain an active sales pipeline in our CRM.
  • Pitch our medical record retrieval solution over the phone and through virtual demos.
  • Close sales meetings by navigating objections and securing commitments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding.
  • Attend 10-12 legal industry events annually to network and generate leads.
  • Expand relationships with existing clients for upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful cold calling and B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Comfortable conducting virtual demos via Microsoft Teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and self-driven in a remote environment.
  • HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Willingness to attend legal events in person annually.
