Overview

Rob Levine Legal Solutions is seeking a highly driven, organized, and personable Human Resources Coordinator to support payroll operations, employee relations, and compliance initiatives.

In Short

  • Maintain and update HR databases and documentation.
  • Support employee relations and provide HR guidance.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee communications.
  • Ensure payroll processing is completed accurately.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist with performance management processes.
  • Generate HR-related reports and support data analysis.
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience supporting payroll processes.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with the LATAM market is preferred.
  • Must be fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
