Overview

The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes, administering employee health and welfare plans and acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers.

In Short

Part-time role with approximately 20 hours per week.
Flexible schedule within 9AM-5PM ET.
Administers health and welfare plans.
Tracks candidates in HRIS and responds during recruitment.
Oversees new employee onboarding and training.
Supports Open Enrollment process.
Conducts audits of payroll and benefits.
Maintains I-9 files and employee records.
Assists with employee review process.
Performs HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Experience in Benefits Administration.
Knowledge of HRIS systems.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Understanding of HR compliance and legal requirements.
