Human Resources Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator provides support to all key Human Resources functions.

In Short

• Coordinate start dates and arrival instructions with candidates.
• Assist with recruitment and interview processes.
• Submit online requests for background checks.
• Initiate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Conduct new hire orientations as needed.
• Support payroll processing and employee timecard reviews.
• Create and maintain employee files.
• Respond to inquiries from employees.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and trainings.
• Prepare and process exit paperwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and HR certifications preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with Paylocity a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office software products.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills.
