Human Resources Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator provides support to all key Human Resources functions in a remote capacity.

In Short

• Coordinate start dates and arrival instructions with candidates.
• Assist with recruitment and interview processes.
• Initiate the onboarding process and prepare required documentation.
• Conduct new hire orientations as needed.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee timecards.
• Create and maintain employee files.
• Respond to employee inquiries and verifications of employment.
• Assist with company events and wellness programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR information.
• Perform clerical functions as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and HR certifications preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with Paylocity is a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
