This position provides comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth HR operations while delivering a high level of service to employees and job candidates.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Department.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and job candidates.
  • Manage department expense reporting using Concur.
  • Support special projects, company events, and HR initiatives.
  • Oversee maintenance of accurate employee records and compliance.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires.
  • Lead the Wellness Program and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Utilize Asana for task management and project tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of Human Resources or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including MS Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as JazzHR or Greenhouse.
  • Familiarity with ADP WorkforceNow.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and federal employment laws.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
