Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator will play a critical role in assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

In Short

  • Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and educate employees on benefits.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts and manage full-life cycle recruitment.
  • Ensure timely input of changes on Payroll/HR Change report.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts.
  • Monitor the performance review process and ensure timely completions.
  • Learn to develop HR policies and procedures for compliance.
  • Responsible for additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or HR certification preferred.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in human resources; government contracting experience is a plus.
  • 3+ years of full-life cycle recruitment experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; preferred experience with Paychex HRIS.
