Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator will support the growing team at Earned Wealth by managing recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration tasks.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth HR process.
  • Possibility of both full-time and part-time work, with emphasis on experience for part-time candidates.
  • Contribute to building a supportive and engaging workplace culture.
  • Engage in strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 2-5 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or Executive Assistant.
  • Experience in a start-up environment or the financial services industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR tools such as Ashby, BambooHR, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Advanced skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
