Overview

Earned Wealth is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented M&A Corporate Development Associate to join our team. This role will be crucial in supporting all aspects of our deal execution activities - helping to evaluate, identify and attract top quality firms serving physician and dentist clients for the Earned platform.

In Short

• Support all aspects of deal execution activities.
• Evaluate and identify potential acquisition/partnership opportunities.
• Prepare financial analysis and forecast models for acquisitions.
• Manage information flow between candidates and Earned teams.
• Assist in supporting the management of third-party diligence providers.
• Provide updates to the Board and Executive Leadership.
• Monitor M&A activity and provide market intelligence.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to a strong M&A strategy.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking or corporate development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.
• Strong project management skills.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Ability to create presentations to convey complex information.
• Self-starter with a passion for building connections.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with technology tools for M&A processes is a plus.
