Overview

As a Director of Corporate Development and Mergers and Acquisitions at True Environmental, you will play a key role driving growth through mergers and acquisitions to further True’s overall growth objectives.

• Develop and implement a long-term M&A strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Source, identify, and evaluate potential acquisition targets in the professional services industry.
• Lead the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, working closely with legal, financial, and operational teams.
• Negotiate and structure M&A transactions to ensure favorable terms for the company.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations on the integration process for acquired companies.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Stay abreast of market trends and industry developments.
• Prepare compelling business cases and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, marketing or related field.
• 10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in the professional services industry.
• Proven track record of success in leading M&A transactions.
