Overview

The Mergers & Acquisitions team is seeking a Senior Associate to act as a critical role in driving our strategic growth initiatives by evaluating, structuring, and executing acquisitions.

In Short

  • Perform in-depth financial modeling, valuations, and scenario analyses.
  • Lead the due diligence process by managing cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze industry trends to identify strategic acquisition targets.
  • Assist in structuring deal terms and negotiating agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Support integration efforts post-transaction.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership.
  • Track progress against key performance indicators.
  • Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Build key networking partners in the insurance industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in M&A or investment banking.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
