Overview

The Mergers & Acquisitions team is seeking an Analyst to act as a critical role in driving our strategic growth initiatives by evaluating, structuring, and executing acquisitions.

In Short

  • Perform in-depth financial modeling and valuations for acquisitions.
  • Assist in the due diligence process with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze industry trends to identify strategic acquisition targets.
  • Maintain and manage the M&A CRM system for tracking.
  • Assist in structuring deal terms and negotiating agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless deal processes.
  • Support post-transaction integration efforts.
  • Prepare presentations for executive leadership.
  • Track progress against key performance indicators post-deal.
  • Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in M&A or related fields.
  • Experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
