Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst - Remote

Overview

The analyst supports UMA’s internal corporate development team and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) efforts through all transaction phases, including M&A strategy, pipeline development, target screening, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning.

In Short

• Execute processes and tasks related to M&A initiatives.
• Create and maintain financial models for acquisitions.
• Manage timelines and deliverable development for key M&A projects.
• Develop relationships with external advisors and consultants.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, finance, economics, or related area.
• 2+ years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Skills in excel, financial modeling, and presentation.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Basic computer skills to navigate required technology.
