The ideal candidate will be sales and service focused, team-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

In Short

  • Identify and research potential new prospects through initial contact via phone, email, or social media.
  • Generate and maintain pipeline reports.
  • Assist in tracking robust pipeline of affiliation targets through networking and leveraging relationships.
  • Interact with potential acquisitions.
  • Follow-up with generated leads after initial contact.
  • Work closely with the Mergers and Acquisitions team to analyze business opportunities.
  • Evaluate strategic growth opportunities through acquisitions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential acquisitions.
  • Support the Mergers and Acquisitions team during deal structuring and negotiations.
  • Maintain honest and ethical conduct.

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with financial analysis and development of financial models.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Desire to learn and execute the deal process.
  • Passionate about business development and sales.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in Business Development.
