Overview

The HR Coordinator supports Kognitive Sales Solutions' Human Resources team by managing administrative duties and helping to maintain employee records. This role ensures that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently and provides a positive experience for both employees and candidates.

In Short

  • Support with onboarding documentation for new hires and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee files and HR databases.
  • Track employee attendance, leave, and performance records.
  • Prepare and process HR documentation, including offer letters and employment agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with Kognitive's policies and employment laws.
  • Assist with payroll processing by gathering employee data.
  • Support the benefits enrollment process and address employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate employee leave requests.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries on HR-related issues.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and analyzing data related to turnover and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR coordination or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
