Overview

The Client Advocacy Programs Director at Rimini Street will champion the voice of the customer and drive advocacy initiatives, acting as a strategic liaison between Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to promote client advocates.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive client advocacy strategy.
  • Build relationships with Account Management teams for advocacy opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on PR opportunities and promotions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client advocates.
  • Design and manage a client award program.
  • Support the Chief Client Officer in executive meetings.
  • Track client participation in advocacy programs.
  • Provide analytics and reports on program impact.
  • Manage intake requests for advocacy initiatives.
  • Foster strong business relationships to drive growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in client advocacy or customer success.
  • Proven ability to build trusting client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven industries.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
  • Background in marketing or public relations is a plus.
