The Director of Patient and Client Care Advocacy leads and manages teams of Patient Care Advocate Managers and Client Managers, ensuring exceptional patient care, client satisfaction, and strategic management of relationships with clients, consultants, brokers, and partners.

In Short

  • Lead and mentor a team of Patient Care Advocate Managers and Client Managers.
  • Develop and implement team performance metrics.
  • Ensure proficiency in pharmacy and medical benefit structures.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
  • Proficiency in analytics and electronic medical record systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
