Requirements

• 15+ years of Product Management experience, with 5+ years leading large product teams.
• Experience scaling consumer-facing platforms in a high-growth environment.
• Deep user empathy and a strong obsession with product quality.
• Track record of managing large, distributed product teams.
• Ability to combine data and market signals for product innovation.
• Exceptional communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in design-forward organizations prioritizing UX.
• A systems thinker balancing short-term wins with long-term scalability.
