Director of Clinical Programs - Remote

Overview

The Director, Clinical Program Management will work directly with national and market teams to develop and scale Privia’s clinical programs, particularly with regard to medication adherence and care coordination.

Requirements

• Nursing, Social work, pharmacy, or similar clinical expertise preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a clinical management role.
• Familiarity with reimbursement models and value-based care.
• Highly collaborative with multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical and comfortable with numbers.
• Strong project management skillset.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Benefits

• Base pay range of $127,000.00 - $149,000.00.
• Eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15%.
