Overview

The Business Development Manager for the Midwest Region at Richelieu is responsible for driving business growth with kitchen and bath dealers, retailers, distributors, and buying groups. This role involves frequent travel and serves as a vital link between the Head Office and the Midwest sales organization.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to build new relationships and develop existing ones.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • College degree preferred, but not mandatory.
