As a Business Analyst for Customer Success at Restaurant365, you will drive internal technology optimization by analyzing business needs and streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Technical expertise in Salesforce and Gainsight preferred.
• Strong understanding of SaaS B2B processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in configuration and customization.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Self-directed and able to manage ambiguity.
