Overview

Resource Innovations is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Energy Efficiency Engineering Lead with a strong background in Utility Engineering to join our growing team in Southern California. As an Energy Efficiency Engineering Lead, you will help customers reduce energy consumption and save money at their facilities by identifying potential energy savings measures, quantifying and summarizing project economics, supporting project implementation, and verifying installation.

• Supports implementation of energy efficiency projects in adherence to guidelines.
• Conducts energy analysis for medium to large commercial facilities.
• Acts as the primary technical point of contact with customers.
• Writes technical reports summarizing energy assessment results.
• Conducts measurement and verification site visits.
• Prepares regression models for meter-based projects.
• Communicates and coordinates with project stakeholders.
• Delivers high-quality services and maintains project budgets.
• Identifies potential energy savings opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong background in Utility Engineering.
• Experience with energy modeling and economic analysis.
• Ability to conduct site audits and energy assessments.
