Resource Innovations is seeking an Energy Efficiency Engineer to join our growing team in Northern California/Bay Area. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Energy Efficiency Engineer with a strong background in Utility Engineering to join our dynamic team. As an Energy Efficiency Engineer, you will help customers reduce energy consumption and save money at their facilities by identifying potential energy savings measures, quantifying and summarizing project economics, supporting project implementation, and verifying installation.

In Short

• Supports implementation of prescriptive, custom and meter-based energy efficiency projects.
• Conducts energy analysis for projects at medium to large commercial facilities.
• Writes technical reports summarizing results from energy assessments.
• Conducts measurement and verification (M&V) site visits.
• Communicates and coordinates with project stakeholders.
• Delivers professional, high-quality services to utility customers.
• Completes high-quality deliverables while maintaining project budgets.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong background in Utility Engineering.
• Experience with energy modeling and economic analysis.
• Ability to conduct site audits and energy assessments.
• Familiarity with HVAC, lighting, and refrigeration systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Technical writing skills for report generation.
