In Short

  • Responsible for identifying and closing Tier 1 mobile apps across EMEA and the US.
  • Full-cycle sales role from opportunity identification to deal closing.
  • Generate your own pipeline and negotiate deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to launch and scale campaigns.
  • Prospect new clients through outbound outreach and existing network.
  • Present performance advertising opportunities to mobile advertisers.
  • Help refine the sales playbook and develop scalable outbound strategies.
  • Join industry events and represent the company.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in AdTech, affiliate networks, or performance marketing sales.
  • Experience selling performance-based advertising solutions is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of mobile user acquisition and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record in closing deals.
  • Ability to generate pipeline independently.
  • Experience working with mobile apps, advertisers, or UA teams.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate autonomously.
  • Fluent English required; other European languages are a plus.
