Overview

The Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) is a high-impact, quota-carrying sales role within Enhesa’s Product Intelligence business unit (BU), responsible for driving strategic new business acquisition.

In Short

  • Owning and executing the full sales cycle focused on new business generation.
  • Managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities sourced via the BDE/SDR team.
  • Conducting discovery conversations, product demos, and solution presentations.
  • Applying the MEDDPICC methodology rigorously for qualification and deal progression.
  • Maintaining opportunity data accurately using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Developing tailored proposals and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales messaging and positioning.
  • Meeting or exceeding an ambitious individual sales quota.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to prospective clients.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Ability to close complex, high-value deals in global enterprise accounts.
  • Experience with structured qualifications and forecasting models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong command of MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in crafting persuasive business cases.
  • Ability to balance a structured, data-driven sales process with creativity.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance or sustainability topics is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are an asset.
