Overview

As a technically-savvy and business-minded Technical Solutions Consultant, you’ll be responsible for partnering with our platform customers, guiding them through technical requirements gathering, scoping, design and delivery of integration solutions related to HR and payroll platform solutions.

In Short

• Work with innovative and complex use cases related to integration needs and opportunities of customers.
• Act as a critical thought partner by capturing and sharing high-quality feedback with Product and Research teams.
• Tackle complex technical problems essential to customers’ success.
• Lead technical design sessions and document technical solutions.
• Analyze business objectives to provide tailored technical guidance.
• Proactively advise customers on maximizing business impact with technical solutions.
• Support the growth of the Technical Solutions Consulting function.
• Write and speak fluent English.
• High adaptability and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in sales engineering or technical solutions consulting.

Requirements

• Experience in HR tech, payroll, fintech, or related industries.
• Strong aptitude for translating business needs into technology solutions.
• Proven track record of managing complex technical projects.
• Understanding of API specifications and troubleshooting scripting experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Commitment to owning challenges end-to-end.
• A humble, collaborative attitude.
• High adaptability and prioritization skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Remote experience is a plus.
