In Short

  • Troubleshoot post-implementation issues and drive adoption.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest in benefits technology.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Outstanding communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, or benefits technology.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
