As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and leading our sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing a high-performance sales culture.

Proven experience in hiring, mentoring, and managing teams.
Deep understanding of the full sales cycle.
Confidence in managing complex sales processes.
Ability to scale sales efforts efficiently.
Strong grasp of go-to-market strategies.
Ability to interpret data and market insights.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
