Overview

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and leading our sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing a high-performance sales culture.

In Short

  • Own revenue targets and KPIs, delivering consistent growth quarter over quarter.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Refine and scale our sales process, including lead generation and closing strategies.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Set clear sales goals and quotas, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Actively participate in closing complex deals with key accounts.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in hiring, mentoring, and managing teams.
  • Deep understanding of the full sales cycle.
  • Confidence in managing complex sales processes.
  • Ability to scale sales efforts efficiently.
  • Strong grasp of go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to interpret data and market insights.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
