Overview

As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce platform, impacting our global Sales, Finance and Operations Teams.

In Short

• Design and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce.
• Perform various types of testing including functional and regression testing.
• Identify and document bugs in a bug tracking system.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product managers.
• Work with developers to ensure testability of new features.
• Contribute to process improvement in QA practices.
• Build foundations for a testing automation framework.
• Support end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain documentation for test procedures.
• Work in an Agile development environment.

Requirements

• Experience in Quality Assurance with Salesforce applications.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce core functionality.
• Experience with bug tracking systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in Agile development environments.
