Salesforce QA Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with hands-on experience with manual and automation testing to join our fast-growing team. We're looking for team members who bring at least two years of software testing experience leveraging platforms such as Selenium and can work well in an Agile Team to deliver critical software solutions to a large federal program.

In Short

• Collaborate with development teams to understand business requirements.
• Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality, performance, and security.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Perform regression testing to validate fixes and ensure enhancements do not impact existing functionality.
• Participate in the deployment process by conducting smoke tests.
• Review test results for conformance to design.
• Serve as subject matter specialist in testing.
• Ensure testing documentation is updated based on new user requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least two years of experience as a Salesforce QA Engineer.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium.
• Experience working in an Agile team.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Experience working in a virtual environment.
