Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer with experience in Product Development Outsourcing (PDO) and custom application development. This role requires a proactive and customer-centric professional capable of working independently to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.

In Short

• Develop applications on the Salesforce platform, including PDO app development for AppExchange.
• Apply AI tools to improve development efficiency and solution effectiveness.
• Maintain high-quality code through unit testing and collaboration with QA Engineers.
• Work closely with Product Owners and customer stakeholders.
• Engage with customers to understand their challenges.
• Be flexible with customer time zones and open to occasional travel.
• Provide best practices and technical insights.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Exposure to AI-driven tools to enhance development processes.
• Experience writing and maintaining unit tests.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to collaborate with product owners and stakeholders.
• Capable of troubleshooting issues independently.
• Willingness to adapt to customer time zones.
• Preferred certifications include Platform Developer I.
• Familiarity with Salesforce products is a plus.
• Experience in industries like Financial Services or Healthcare is advantageous.
