Overview

The Enterprise Solution Architect will work with large accounts in the hospitality sector to define their current and desired future state, ensuring the implementation of optimal solutions.

In Short

• Act as the primary technical expert for assigned hospitality accounts.
• Serve as the Level 4 escalation point for complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Certification in cloud solution architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
• Experience in a solution architecture role within hospitality technology.
• Strong understanding of hospitality technology solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with sales teams.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
