Salesforce QA Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Lead QA processes and implement testing standards
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Work with complex Salesforce configurations and customizations
• Perform integration testing with external systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of software testing experience, including at least 1 year working with Salesforce platform
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices
• Experience in testing complex processes and integrations with external systems
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation
• Ability to analyze and understand business and technical requirements
• Strong multitasking skills and capability to handle multiple systems simultaneously
• Self-motivated with excellent self-learning capabilities
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
