In Short

  • Respond to and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and booking appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote's value propositions effectively.
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by various sources.
  • Identify key players and present solutions to begin the sales cycle.
  • Work in a fully remote environment.
  • Be part of a global team focused on ambitious goals.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success with core sales tools.
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Positive attitude in the face of challenges.
  • Ability to promote urgency for reaching goals.
