Outbound Sales Development Representative - Nordics - Remote

Overview

The Outbound Sales Development Representative will engage with prospective customers to help them understand and maximize the use of Remote's Global HR Platform.

In Short

• Engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
• Sourcing new sales prospects and booking appointments for Account Executives.
• Communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects.
• Support the Account Executive team as needed.
• Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-offs to sales teams.
• Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
• Cold call into prospects generated by various sources.
• Identify key players and present solutions to begin the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Proven business development success using core sales tools.
• Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and tactically.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Fluent in English and a Nordic language (Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish).
