Overview

As the Global Payroll Policy & Compliance Lead, you will build and own automated compliance tracking frameworks and real-time compliance dashboards, ensuring payroll operations and product development remain aligned with global regulations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in global payroll product compliance.
• Strong understanding of global payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Experience in legislation tracking across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to design compliance tracking frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Highly data-driven and proficient in compliance tools.
• Detail-oriented with analytical skills.
• Experience in payroll technology is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
