This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in payroll compliance in the APAC Region, specifically focusing on Singapore, Malaysia & Philippines. As Compliance Lead, you will act as the subject matter expert for payroll and employment legislation in your region, ensuring full compliance while driving strategic improvements across processes, policies, and systems.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in payroll legislation in Singapore, Malaysia & Philippines.
• Experience in payroll compliance or operations in a multinational setting.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset for identifying process improvements.
• Experience in leading process improvements and automation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluency in English and at least one local language.
