Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in PEO and/or insurance sales preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Ability to forecast sales and achieve targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
  • Must be willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license.
  • Ability to make cold calls to generate leads.
