Overview

As an Account Executive at Remote, you will be part of the APAC Sales team, focusing on driving new business and helping customers maximize their experience with Remote’s Global HR Platform.

  • Drive new business as a hunter Account Executive.
  • Respond to incoming queries from prospective customers.
  • Help customers understand and utilize Remote’s suite of products.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Self-generate leads through networking and outreach.
  • Present Remote’s services to potential customers.
  • Maintain a clean and current sales pipeline.
  • Communicate effectively with key decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales quotas.
  • Experience selling into Southeast Asia and India.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Resilience and perseverance with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle complex sales objections.
  • Understanding of Remote’s services and market position.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Experience in SaaS sales preferred.
