Overview

As a Sales Executive at Deel, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle and communicating with clients to understand their needs.

In Short

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
  • Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment
  • Engage cross-functionally to bring new product development and strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate SFDC data
  • Resolve complaints and improve processes
  • Act as a client advocate to improve the buyer experience
  • Build rapport and collaborate with others

Requirements

  • Located in North Asia region
  • 3+ years of sales experience, 2 years in Greater China
  • Track record of developing a greenfield territory
  • Proficient in SFDC
  • Experience in cross-functional teams
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese
