We are seeking highly motivated Remote Sales Executives to join a dynamic team supporting a cutting-edge AI recruitment platform that connects top manufacturing companies with qualified candidates across the U.S.

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• 4+ years of B2B sales experience required.
• Available to work Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm EST.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably in recruitment, SaaS, or HR tech).
• Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working independently as a contractor.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and own computer/laptop.
