Account Manager - Remote

Overview

Our client is the leading creator marketing platform for ecommerce, trusted by top brands such as Ulta Beauty, Signet Jewelers, Samsonite and GAP. We are seeking a highly organized, tactfully creative, and technically proficient Account Manager who’d be passionate about providing exceptional service to brands and creators on the Creatable platform.

In Short

• Cover email inquiries and manage chats, tickets, campaigns, and projects.
• Troubleshoot and verify resolution for reported issues.
• Document Jira stories for reported issues.
• Support ecommerce and other integrations.
• Monitor brand activity and ensure timely follow-up with creators.
• Support campaign planning and data analysis.
• Negotiate terms with influencers.
• Ensure influencers are paid in a timely manner.
• Develop campaign creative briefs.
• Work to grow and upsell all clients.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills.
• Technical proficiency in platform support.
• Experience in ecommerce and influencer marketing.
• Ability to analyze data.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Jira.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in client relationship management.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
