Overview

We are seeking a Account Manager to drive client relationships, expand business opportunities, and ensure seamless service delivery within a specific market.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with TPAs, employer groups, brokers, and consultants.
  • Act as the primary post-go-live contact for assigned TPAs and clients.
  • Conduct quarterly on-site meetings to deepen relationships.
  • Organize monthly check-ins to assess client satisfaction.
  • Provide on-site support for employer open enrollment events.
  • Develop and execute strategies to upsell and cross-sell services.
  • Analyze network gaps to optimize service offerings.
  • Work closely with banking and finance teams for smooth payment processing.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Organize industry events for collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Travel 35% of the time to visit clients and attend events.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in account management.
  • Deep expertise in Nomi’s product suite.
  • Strong understanding of the TPA ecosystem and healthcare dynamics.
  • Proven track record of client retention and upselling.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
